Driveshaft

For this assembly, we were asked to machine the center driveshaft. It was machined entirely from a single piece of titanium. Due to the long length and challenging material, the customer ultimately chose H and H Solutions.

Drilling Jigs

A customer asked us to recreate this drilling jig. These jigs are used for axial drilling of stainless steel tubes. We incorporated the original jig into our CAD software. We then optimized the CAD model for mass 3D printing. We were then able to supply the customer with a specific number of jigs.

Conventional Turning

For this client, we turned four beautiful bushings from steel. These were used to lift a camper. First, we turned the bushings to exact size. Then, we milled two keyways into them. Finally, we removed all burrs.

Flow divider

The customer asked if we could evenly distribute the treated air throughout a camper. Ultimately, we opted to distribute the air from a single central point to three outlets. This was made possible thanks to a one-to-three flow. We first developed this and then printed it out.

Powder Coating

Lids We created several powder coating lids for this customer. These lids ensure that the powder is applied only to the desired areas. Previously, each part was covered with heat-resistant tape. Now they reduce the man-hours required per part to be powder coated.
