CNC milling

Start

  • For us, everything starts with an idea. This could be a part with a drawing, or a design without prior specifications. Together with the customer, we determine what’s needed to start the production process. Then, we create the optimal toolpaths in our CAM software. You can find more information about this on our CAD-CAM Design page.

  • Next, we ensure the correct materials are ordered. Once everything is complete and ready to go, we start setting up the tools and the correct clamping devices, ensuring smooth and accurate production.

Production

  • Once all the tools, clamping devices, and machines are set up, we begin the production process. This can be for both single-piece and serial production. Throughout the entire process, each product is carefully inspected. Not only are the exact dimensions checked, but also the overall appearance of the product.

  • At the end of the production process, a final quality check is carried out and the work area is left tidy, so that everything is ready for the next production order.

Finishing

  • Finally, all components are thoroughly cleaned, and any emulsion is carefully removed. If desired, we can apply a preservative to protect the component against corrosion and extend its lifespan.

  • The part then goes to our shipping department, where it is securely packaged. The part can then be picked up, shipped, or delivered to the customer.

Material

Which materials can we CNC mill?
We mill various materials, tailored to our customers’ specific needs. These include:

  • Aluminium: lightweight and strong

  • Steel: extra sturdy and durable

  • Stainless steel: Resistant to corrosion

  • Titanium: lightweight and extremely strong

We also process other plastics, steels and non-ferrous metals, so we can offer the right solution for virtually every application.
