CAM-CAM Design

We use advanced CAD software to develop our designs. This software allows us to gain insight into the operation, functionality, and appearance of a component even before the production process begins.

When creating our CAD drawings, we carefully consider the component’s function and the associated production method. Once these factors are determined, we can optimally develop the design.

This process not only guarantees a high-quality product, but also ensures that it can be produced efficiently and at the right cost.

We use advanced CAM software to control our CNC machines. The CAD model is loaded into this software, after which we use various machining strategies to determine an optimal and efficient toolpath.

This toolpath is then translated into G-code, which is loaded into the machine. Once all tools and raw materials are loaded and correctly clamped, the production process can begin in a controlled and accurate manner.
